Day-by-day itinerary
Day 1Board the 8–9 pm overnight Volvo from Delhi to Shimla; rest during the journey.
Day 2Arrive in Shimla around morning; transfer to the hotel, check in as available and take a full rest day. Shimla sightseeing is not included.
Day 3Drive Shimla–Sangla (260 km, 9–10 hrs) via Kufri, Narkanda, Kinnaur Gate and Sutlej Valley; overnight in Sangla.
Day 4Visit Sangla, Chitkul (weather permitting), Kalpa and Roghi Suicide Point; continue to Kalpa for the night.
Day 5Drive Kalpa–Tabo (200 km, 8–9 hrs) via Khab, Nako and Gue to see the 500-year-old mummy; overnight in Tabo.
Day 6Explore Dhankar and Pin Valley, then drive to Kaza (about 120 km, 6–8 hrs); overnight in Kaza.
Day 7Take Kaza’s high-village circuit to Langza, Hikkim and Komik; return to Kaza for the second night.
Day 8Visit Key Monastery, Kibber and Chicham Bridge; continue over Kunzum Pass to Chandratal if roads and season permit. Camp near the lake or stay in Losar.
Day 9From Chandratal camp or Losar, travel via Batal to Manali; board the overnight Volvo from Manali to Delhi. Route depends on road access.
Day 10Arrive in Delhi by Volvo; the trip ends.

- Pickup from the Shimla Volvo drop point to the hotel.
- Mountain transport by Tempo Traveller or shared SUV/MUV for transfers and sightseeing; vehicle depends on group size.
