Trust is the whole point of TripzSearch. If you can't trust the information on this platform, we've failed. Here's how we protect your privacy, verify operators, and keep things honest.
1. Your privacy
We collect only what we need to make the platform work. That includes basic account info (name, email, phone), your search preferences, and standard technical data like cookies and device info.
Here's what we do with it:
- Connect you with operators when you send an inquiry
- Improve search results and recommendations
- Send you relevant updates (only if you've opted in)
- Keep the platform secure and prevent misuse
And here's what we don't do:
- We never sell your data. Period.
- We only share info with operators when you initiate an inquiry
- You can access, change, or delete your data anytime

2. How we verify operators
Every operator on TripzSearch goes through a verification process before their trips go live. We check business registrations, Google and TripAdvisor reviews, social media presence, and trip history.
Verified operators get a blue shield badge. We keep monitoring after verification too. If something looks off, we investigate.
That said, we're a discovery platform, not a booking engine. All bookings happen directly between you and the operator. We always recommend reviewing an operator's terms and policies before you commit.
3. Community guidelines
Pretty straightforward. We ask everyone on the platform to:
- Keep your account credentials safe and let us know if something seems off
- Provide accurate info in your communications
- Be respectful to other travelers and operators
- Leave honest, constructive reviews (we don't filter out criticism)
- Don't post spam, misleading content, or anything that violates someone else's rights
4. Platform security
We use industry-standard encryption, run regular security audits, and monitor for suspicious activity. Our hosting infrastructure includes backups and redundancy.
No platform can guarantee 100% security (anyone who claims otherwise isn't being honest). But we take it seriously and keep improving.
5. Content and accuracy
All trip information comes from operators. We refresh prices and dates regularly, but things can change. Always confirm details directly with the operator before booking.
All original content on TripzSearch (text, images, logos, code) is protected by intellectual property laws. User-generated content stays your responsibility, and we reserve the right to remove anything that violates our guidelines.
6. What we're responsible for (and what we're not)
TripzSearch is a discovery and connection platform. We don't operate tours, process payments, or guarantee travel services. Your travel arrangements are between you and the operator.
We're not liable for operator actions, service quality, or travel experiences. We do our best to verify operators and keep information accurate, but the final decision (and responsibility) is yours.
7. Policy updates
We may update this page as things evolve. If there's a significant change, we'll let you know via email or a notification on the platform. Continuing to use TripzSearch after an update means you're okay with the new terms.
