TripzSearch operates as a travel aggregation platform that connects travelers with verified tour operators. We provide search, comparison, and discovery tools for group travel experiences but do not operate tours directly or process bookings on behalf of operators.

All travel services, bookings, and transactions are conducted directly between you and independent tour operators. TripzSearch serves solely as an information aggregator and connection facilitator.

2. Booking and Payments

All reservations must be completed directly with tour operators through their designated booking channels. TripzSearch does not process payments or manage reservation confirmations.

You are solely responsible for all payment arrangements with tour operators, including accuracy of payment information and compliance with operator payment terms.

Displayed pricing and availability information is sourced from tour operators and subject to real-time changes. TripzSearch cannot guarantee pricing accuracy or trip availability until confirmed directly by the operator.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

All cancellation terms, refund policies, and modification procedures are governed exclusively by individual tour operator policies. TripzSearch does not establish or enforce cancellation terms.

Cancellation requests, refund claims, and booking modifications must be addressed directly with the respective tour operator according to their published policies.

4. User Responsibilities and Conduct

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating accounts or communicating with operators through our Platform.

You must use the Platform in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, fraudulent behavior, harassment, or misrepresentation.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account. Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on TripzSearch, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design elements, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Platform content without explicit written permission from TripzSearch or the respective content owners.

By submitting content to our Platform, you grant TripzSearch a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content for Platform operations.

Our total liability for any claims related to Platform use shall not exceed the amount you paid to TripzSearch, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TripzSearch, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your Platform use, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

9. Dispute Resolution
