Advance Payment The advance amount is non-refundable under any circumstances. No refunds shall be made towards any inclusion(s) not availed by the client. Full Payment Full payment of the trip cost must be made before the trip begins. Pending payments may lead to the cancellation of the trip. Identification All travelers must carry a valid Government ID for verification before boarding. No boarding shall be entertained without a valid ID. Booking Transfer Transfer of bookings is not permitted. Only the names mentioned at the time of confirmation shall be allowed to travel. Luggage and Belongings Travelers are responsible for their personal luggage and belongings. The management shall not be held accountable for any missing items during the tour. Reporting Time The time of departure is fixed and must be strictly adhered to All travelers must report at the pickup point 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure and update their status with the Trip Coordinator(s). Air Conditioning Policy The air conditioning will be switched off in hilly areas.During the journey, it shall be at the driver’s discretion to switch off the AC whenever necessary, considering the safety and comfort of travelers along uneven or dangerous routes. Prohibited Activities Drinking and smoking are strictly prohibited during the journey in the interest of the health and safety of fellow passengers. Any act of misconduct or indiscipline shall not be tolerated on the tour. Community Conduct We are a cordial travel community and aspire to provide you with a hassle-free and memorable experience. Liability Disclaimer shall not be responsible for any delays, alterations, or additional expenses arising from: Natural hazards or calamities Accidents or machinery breakdowns Weather conditions or landslides Political closures or any other unforeseen circumstances Insurance Policy The company does not provide insurance to cover sickness, accidents, losses, or theft during the trip.
