Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel your trip, you must notify Frontier Tourism in writing via email / WhatsApp. Cancellation charges will be
calculated based on the date we receive your written notification relative to your trip start date.
46 Days+ before departure - 10% charges to be deducted as Booking Fee/Admin Charge
45 Days - 30 Days- 25% of Total Fee
29 Days - 15 Days- 50% of Total Fee
14 Days or less- 100% of the Total Fee
Refund Policy
Processing Time: Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 – 14 days after the cancellation is approved.
● Method: Refunds will be returned to the original source of payment (Bank Transfer/UPI).
● Bank Charges: Any bank transaction charges or currency conversion fees incurred during the refund process will be
borne by the client.

At time of booking 30% - 50% of total tour cost (Non-refundable booking fee*)

may be required. The name of the hotels mentioned during the quotation, may change as per availability during the trip,
which will be conveyed on time of booking.
