Cancellation by Client Any cancellation by a Client must be made in writing and acknowledged by the Company. The date on which the request to cancel is received by the Company or its Agents will determine the cancellation charge applicable. If you would like to cancel the trip once you confirmed you will loss the 100% of deposit. After you will start the trip if you would like to cancel with any reason you will loss full trip amount. We don’t have any policy to refund after you started the trip. The Client is strongly advised to take out cancellation insurance at the time of making the booking. Cancellation by Agent Eagle Eye Treks and Expedition reserve all the right to cancel any trip without prior notice for any reasons deemed appropriate by them. In such a case client will receive a full refund in local currency at the current rate against the currency client paid.

Trip Alteration or Termination by Reasons beyond Control During a trip in progress, I understood that my itineraries may be affected by reasons beyond the control of Eagle Eye Treks and Expedition, in such event; I accept that Eagle Eye Treks and Expedition has the right to alter my itineraries or cut short my trip for the purpose of my own safety at Eagle Eye treks and Expedition Treks full discretion.
