If you cancel the flight: Cancellation charges will be applied in accordance with the airline's rules. 24 Tripzs service charges and airline charges are not refundable under any circumstances. The refund amount will be reverted to the original payment account. ◇Involuntary flight cancellation (by airline) If the flight has been cancelled by the airline: The airline will render a full refund and reschedule according to their policy. 24 Tripzs will coordinate with the airline on your behalf, but the final decision will be made by the airline only. ◇No-show policy If you are not able to board your flight (no-show), generally, refunds are not applicable. In such cases, some airlines may offer partial refunds. Holiday package cancellation policy ◇Customer-Initiated cancellation In case your planning changes, here is how cancellation charges apply according to your notice period: More than 30 days before travel: 10% cancellation fee 15 to 30 days before travel: 25% cancellation fee 7 to 14 days before travel: 50% cancellation fee A few days before travel: 100% (no refund) Note: Hotel deals, visa fees, or special airfares are non-refundable at any time of cancellation.
