No. Drinking on beaches in Mumbai is illegal and heavily policed. Drinking on Maratha forts is considered highly disrespectful to Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and will get you into serious trouble with locals and authorities.

The Shivneri AC buses run by MSRTC leave every 15-30 minutes from Dadar (Mumbai) to Swargate/Station (Pune) and cost around INR 500. Trains like the Deccan Queen are also a romantic, scenic option.
