Day-by-day itinerary
Day 1Meet at Delhi ISBT or the confirmed pickup point between 6 and 7 PM, board the overnight Volvo to Manali, and rest during the scenic journey as you leave the plains behind for the Himalayas.
Day 2Arrive in Manali and continue by private cab through Atal Tunnel to Sissu (40 km, 1.5–2 hours). Check in at your hotel or homestay, then enjoy Sissu's valley views and your first evening in Lahaul.
Day 3Take a private cab around lower Lahaul to Gondhla, Keylong, Tandi Sangam, Sissu Lake and Palden Lhamo Dhar waterfall. Enjoy photo stops and return to Sissu for your second night.
Day 4Drive about 35 km from Sissu to Jispa in roughly 1.5 hours. Settle into a riverside stay, enjoy the Bhaga valley scenery and mountain air, then relax overnight in this peaceful Lahaul village.
Day 5After breakfast, travel by private cab from Jispa to Manali, about 85 km and 3–4 hours. Allow time for mountain-road conditions, then board the overnight Volvo from Manali to Delhi.
Day 6Reach Delhi ISBT or the scheduled drop point in the morning after the overnight Volvo from Manali. This completes your six-day Delhi–Sissu–Jispa lower Lahaul escape with private mountain transport.
