The Kuari Pass Trek is a classic Himalayan trail offering nonstop views of India’s most iconic peaks. Starting from Joshimath, the trek passes through oak and walnut forests, alpine camps, and high ridges with grand mountain panoramas.
Day 1:Rishikesh to Joshimath : Drive: 256 km (10 hours) : Drive from Rishikesh to Joshimath via the sacred Five Prayags, enjoying scenic Himalayan roads and river valleys.
Day 2:Joshimath to Gulling Top : Drive: 12 km to Dhak : Trek: 6 km (4 hours) : Drive to Dhak and trek to Gulling Top through village trails with views of Dronagiri and the famous Sleeping Lady range.
Day 3:Gulling Top to Khulara Camp : Trek: 4 km (5 hours) : Trek from Gulling Top to Khulara Camp through oak and walnut forests with continuous views of snow-clad peaks.
Day 4:Khulara Forest Camp to Kuari Pass & Return via Khullara Top : Trek: 15 km (11 hours) : Early start for the Kuari Pass summit. Enjoy grand Himalayan panoramas before returning via Khullara Top.
Day 5:Khulara Forest Camp to Joshimath : Trek 8 km : Descend from Khulara Camp and drive back to Joshimath, wrapping up the trekking trail.
Day 6:Joshimath to Rishikesh : Drive: 256 km (10 hours) : Scenic drive from Joshimath to Rishikesh, marking the end of the Himalayan adventure.
