Day 1Arrival at Leh Airport | Acclimatization Day — Welcome to The Land of High Passes! The group will assemble at the airport from where, a designated vehicle will drop you at your hotel. We will check into our designated hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure and travelers are strictly advised to acclimatize for a safe journey ahead. Keep yourself hydrated, indulge in minimal physical activities, and acclimatize properly. In the evening, your trip captain will conduct a tour briefing session. Dinner and overnight stay in Leh. Day 2Leh Sightseeing Day — Post breakfast, a brief introductory session would be conducted for the bikers. Afterward, we’ll head out for our local sightseeing tour. We will visit the Sangam site in the Leh region where the Zanskar river meets the Indus River to form a beautiful confluence. Day 3Leh to Nubra Valley (130 Kms) Via Khardung La — Post breakfast, we’ll head out for N ubra Valley . En-route, we will be traversing through one of the Highest Motorable Roads in the World, Khardung La (18,380 Ft) which offers magnificent views of towering mountains. Upon reaching Nubra Valley, travelers can indulge in a Double Hump Bactrian Camel Ride, ATV rides, and more. Day 4Nubra to Turtuk (170 Kms) | Last Village of India on Indo-Pak border — Rise and Shine! Today, we'll be heading out to Turtuk which is the last village of India on the Indo-Pak border renowned for its apricots. Upon our arrival in Turtuk, we’ll spend some time exploring the beautiful village on foot. Sun bask by Shyok River, explore the nearby Balti Museum and relish in surreal views. Day 5Nubra Valley to Pangong (180 Kms) Via Diskit Monastery — Post-breakfast, we’ll check out from our campsite and head towards Pangong Lake . En-route, we will visit the Diskit Monastery , popular for the 100ft tall colorful statue of Buddha. After paying our reverence at the monastery, we will resume our journey towards Pangong, the iconic lake that has gained popularity ever since featuring in the Bollywood blockbuster movies like 3 Idiots and Jab tak hai Jaan. Day 6Pangong to Tso-Moriri (180 Kms) — Good morning with a view! After a nutritious breakfast, we'll head towards Tso- Moriri , a sacred site for Ladakhi people and one of the highest lakes in India with an altitude of 14,836 ft. En-route, you may even get a glimpse of rare birds like the black-necked crane and bar-headed geese. After spending a blissful afternoon by the lake, exploring its beauty and simply absorbing the peace, we’ll head to our Cottages near the lake. Day 7Tso- Moriri to Leh (220 Kms) Via Shey Palace and Thiksey Monastery — After early morning breakfast, we will start our return journey to Leh. We will also pay our respects at Thiksey Monastery , which is the largest Monastery in Central Ladakh. Upon our arrival, we’ll check into our designated stay. The rest of the day is at leisure. Note: Book your return flight for this day after consulting with your designated travel consultant. Please note that the drop off time is fixed for 9 AM in the morning and hence we advise you to manage your travel plans accordingly. Standard Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
