

The Hampta Pass Trek is a dramatic crossover from the green valleys of Kullu to the stark landscapes of Lahaul. Starting from Manali, the trail takes you through alpine forests, river crossings, high-altitude meadows, and glacial terrain before reaching the breathtaking Hampta Pass at 14,100 ft.
Day 1:Manali to Chika via Jobra : Drive: Manali to Jobra (2 hours) : Trek: Jobra to Chika (45 mins - 2 hours):Drive to Jobra, then trek through pine and maple forests to Chika campsite beside the Rani river
Day 2:Chika to Balu ka Ghera : Trek: 8.5 km (6 hours) : Gradual ascent across meadows and river crossings to reach the scenic Balu Ka Ghera campsite.
Day 3:Balu ka Ghera to Siagoru via Hampta Pass : Trek: 7 km (10 hours) : Early climb to Hampta Pass (14,100 ft) with Indrasan views, followed by a steep descent to Siagoru.
Day 4:Siagoru to Chatru & Drive to Chandratal : Trek: 7 km (5 hours) : Descend to Chatru and drive to Chandratal Lake if weather permits, else stay overnight at Chatru.
Day 5:Chatru to Manali via Rohtang Pass : Drive: 85 km (4-6 hours) : Drive back to Manali via the thrilling Rohtang Pass, marking the end of the trek.
