Day 1Day 0: Delhi To Manali | Overnight Journey Assemble at the boarding point in Delhi - RK Ashram Metro Station or Majnu Ka Tilla. Start an overnight journey to Manali and socialize with your co-travelers.
Day 2Day 1: Manali Arrival | Acclimatization & Day At Leisure | Local Explore & Cafe Hopping After arriving in Manali, check in to our hotel, freshen-up and have some leisure. This will be your acclimatization day as you will be starting a thrilling road trip to a high altitude region in the Himalayas the next day. Post refreshment, feel free to take a stroll around by yourself - visit Hidimba Devi Temple, Jogini Falls or go for cafe hopping in Old Manali and try different local cuisines. In the evening, don’t miss out the much-needed acclimatisation session by your trip captain followed by home-style cooked dinner and overnight stay in a hotel.
Day 3Day 2: Drive From Manali To Chandratal Wake up early in the morning and post breakfast, we will head out to Chandratal Lake. Enroute Chandratal, we will take a pit stop for morning tea at the famous Chacha-Chachi Ka Dhaba or Chhatru. After arriving at Chandratal, check in to our scenic campsite and experience the calmness of the Moon Lake. In the evening chill with your travel clan under the gaze of million stars and savour home-style cooked dinner and overnight stay in swiss tents.
Day 4Day 3: Key Monastery | Kibber Village & Chicham Bridge | Kaza Arrival Post breakfast, Begin your drive towards Kaza. Enroute Kaza, we will take a pit stop at Kunzum La situated at 15,000ft approx. Explore the Kibber village and take some #InstaPerfect shots at Chicham Bridge - Asia’s highest suspension bridge connecting the peaceful Kibber village. Spend quality time speaking to the monks or sip a cup of herbal tea in Key Monastery’s kitchen. After reaching Kaza in Spiti valley, check in to our property and have some leisure. The ones with high energy levels, feel free to take a stroll around and experience the untouched natural beauty of Kaza town. In the evening, regroup for some group bonding exercises, savour home-style cooked dinner and overnight stay.
Day 5Day 4: Exploring Langza, Komic & Hikkim Villages | Kaza - Cafes, Bazaars & More Post breakfast, quickly head out for an action packed exploration of various quaint villages nestled in and around Kaza. Visit Spiti’s gorgeous fossil village Langza and get clicked with the iconic statue of Medicine Buddha with your clan. Feel proud for making it to the World’s highest motorable village Komic and absorb in the jaw dropping vistas of snow-laden Himalayas. The day will come to an end at Hikkim village known for its World’s highest post office. Since this is your last night in Kaza, therefore make the most out of it by chilling with your travel clan at various quaint cafes and take authentic souvenirs for your loved ones back home. Post exploration, savour home-style cooked dinner and overnight stay.
Day 6Day 5: Kaza to Nako | Dhankar Monastary | Tabo Monastary Wake up early in the morning and post breakfast, check-out from our property and begin your drive from Kaza to Dhankar Village and meditate in the cliff top Dhankar Monastery. Drive along the Pin river towards one of the less explored regions and the only green national park in Spiti i.e Pin Valley (if time permits). Visit Tabo Monastery. Take a walk inside the old monastery and learn about the history. After arriving in Nako, check in to our cozy homestay, freshen-up and have some leisure. Dinner and overnight stay in a homestay.
Day 7Day 6: A Day On Road | Khab Sangam & Gue Mummy | Chitkul Arrival Wake up early in the morning and post breakfast, visit the famous Nako Lake and monastery. Drive from Nako to Chitkul/Rakcham village. Enroute we will take a halt at Khab Sangam and Gue village to see from your naked eyes the 500-year-old mummified remains of the Buddhist monk Sangha Tenzin. Check in to our scenic campsite in Rakcham/Chitkul, freshen-up and have some leisure. What can be more magical than relaxing near the pristine Baspa River? A perfect location in the lap of majestic Himalayas to disconnect from the urban madness and connect with nature.
Day 8Day 7: Drive From Chitkul To Shimla | Depart For Delhi Wake to a stunning view of the snow-covered mountains. Post breakfast, drive from Chitkul to Shimla. Take a halt at Shimla, you can visit the Mall road and church (If time permits). Start off your overnight journey from Shimla to Delhi and reach Delhi next morning with lots of amazing memories and unforgettable experiences.
