Day-by-day itinerary

Day 1Srinagar – Aharbal – Kungwattan. Pickup from Srinagar airport/bus stand. Drive to Aharbal waterfall. Trek to Kungwattan meadow for camp. Dinner and overnight in camps.

Day 2Kungwattan – Kounsarnag Lake. Trek 5-6 hours to Kounsarnag Lake. Overnight stay in camps at the lake.

Day 3Kounsarnag Lake – Kungwattan. Descend to base camp Kungwattan. Dinner and overnight in camps.

Day 4Kungwattan – Srinagar. Trek back to Aharbal. Time at waterfall and lunch. Return to Srinagar.
