Day-by-day itinerary
Day 1Rishikesh to Lohajung (~250 km, 10-12 hrs) along the Alaknanda; trek briefing, dinner and stay in Lohajung (~7,800 ft).
Day 2Lohajung to Gujreni (~4-6 km) through oak and rhododendron forests; camp at ~9,200 ft.
Day 3Gujreni to Tilandi (~5 km) as forests open into alpine meadows; camp at ~10,500 ft.
Day 4Early start via Jhandi Top to Brahmatal Summit (~12,300 ft) with views of Trishul and Nanda Ghunti; descend to Brahmatal camp.
Day 5Descend to Lohajung (~10 km) through forests; final evening in the mountains.
Day 6Drive back from Lohajung to Rishikesh, reaching by evening. Trip ends.
