All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to reservation@travelltech.com. The date of receipt of the written cancellation request will be used to determine applicable charges. Cancellation Timeline Cancellation Charge 30+ days before departure Advance amount forfeited (25–50%) 15–29 days before departure 50% of total package cost 7–14 days before departure 75% of total package cost Less than 7 days / No-show 100% of total package cost

Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days from the date of confirmed cancellation, to the original payment source. Refunds initiated via bank transfers may take additional time depending on the user’s bank. 5.2 Non-Refundable Components Certain components such as flight tickets, train tickets, entry permits, visa fees, and advance hotel payments may be non-refundable. These will be communicated clearly during the booking process. 5.3 Company-Initiated Cancellations In the rare event that TravelTech cancels a trip due to insufficient group size, operational constraints, or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of amounts paid to us, or an option to reschedule to a future date.
