4.1 General Booking Terms
Full payment of the trip or service cost must be made before the trip begins. Pending payments may lead to the cancellation of the booking. The Travel Delight acts as an intermediary between customers and service providers (e.g., hotels, cruise operators, cab services). We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party service providers.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the service provider. Customers must provide accurate and complete information during the booking process to avoid any issues.
4.2 Payment Terms
Advance Payment: A minimum of 30% of the total booking amount is required to confirm any package, hotel, cruise, or event booking.
Payment Schedule:
Bookings made 2 months prior to travel: 30% advance payment.
Bookings made 1 month prior to travel: 50% advance payment.
Bookings made 2 weeks prior to travel: 75% advance payment.
Bookings made 1 week or less prior to travel: 100% payment required.
Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid 2 days before the travel date or as specified by our executive.
Last-Minute Bookings: Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Travel Vouchers: Vouchers will be issued only after full payment is received.
4.3 Taxes and Additional Charges
All prices quoted are subject to applicable Indian taxes, including GST (Goods and Services Tax). Additional charges such as resort fees, service taxes, or convenience fees may apply and will be communicated during the booking process.
Customers are advised to review the total cost, including taxes and additional charges, before confirming their bookings.
4.4 ID Verification
All travelers must provide valid government-issued identification (e.g., Aadhar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License) before boarding or check-in. For travel to certain destinations (e.g., Sikkim), Aadhar Card or PAN Card may not be accepted. Customers must carry a Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License.
