Cancellation Policy
The initial booking amount of ₹ 999/- per person is fully refundable against the cancellation before 20th June,2026 Cancellation made at least 30 days prior to the departure date i;e 14th August : ₹ 2000/- Per Person will be Charged Cancellation made within 30 days from the date of departure i;e 14th August: No Refund
Refund Policy
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 3–4 working days from the date of cancellation approval. In case the trip is cancelled by the organizer due to unavoidable circumstances, participants will be offered either an alternative departure date or a full refund of the paid amount Participants may nominate a replacement traveler, subject to prior approval by the organizer and payment of any applicable amendment charges. No refunds shall be provided for any unused services, voluntary withdrawal from the trip, late arrivals, or early departures.
