Cancellation after confirmation with payment anytime before 45 days of the commencement of the tour: 15% of the journey amount will be deducted and the rest refunded. Cancelling the tour 30 days before commencement of the tour: 25% of the value of the journey amount will be deducted and the rest refunded. Cancelling 20 days before commencing of the tour: 50% of the journey amount will be deducted and the rest refunded. Cancelling 10 days before commencement of the tour: 85% of the journey amount will be deducted and the rest refunded. Cancelling 5 days or lesser before the tour date: No refund for the tour.

Cancellation and Refund Eligibility: Refunds are applicable for cancellations made within the stipulated time frame as per the terms and conditions of the package. Please refer to the specific cancellation policy for details on the eligible refund amount based on the time of cancellation. Processing Time: Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 to 10 business days. The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Non-Refundable Fees: Certain fees and charges, such as non-refundable deposits , may not be eligible for a refund. These will be clearly communicated during the booking process. Refund Confirmation: Customers will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed. Please note that the time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Check-in & Check-out timings will be as per Hotel rules & regulations. Stay and the meal plan will be as mentioned in the day-wise plan. For any special meal plan kindly connect with the team prior to the journey. All the breakfast and Dinners will be Vegetarian/ Non Vegetarian. You are free to have your choice of the meal at an additional cost if available or can order from the restaurant. Carry your valid identity card to show for Hotel check-ins & checkouts and any kind of on the go permits. Request you to not book your tickets without consulting Team, The Flapper Life. Flight timing preferences will be shared once confirmation is received for the journey. · Airport pickup and drop will at fixed location and time. Detailed essentials for the journey will be shared 10 days prior to the journey. We need a minimum of 5 Flappers to go ahead with the journey. Any kind of shaming will not be entertained on the journey. · No act of misconduct or indiscipline shall be tolerated on the trips. Respect your and others' time. It will help us have more fun. Any additional activity/places to be covered will be at an additional cost and will be covered only if the majority of the group wants to cover it.
