No partial refunds or credit will be given for services not used. Any amount forfeited, which has not then been paid to SG-Trekkers by you, maybe recovered from you by SG-Trekkers as a debt due and payable. • In case of tour cancellation by SG-Trekkers under any controllable or beyond circumstances, SG-Trekkers reserves the right to decide the refund amount for each participant. • You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek any compensation for any injury, loss, expenses, or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience which may result from such cancellation. • SG-Trekkers reserves the right of cancellation or refund for participation in any tour organized by SG-Trekkers.

• Refunds if any, for modification/amendments/transfer/cancellations of any tour shall be paid directly to the guest by ‘A/C payee’ cheque or Bank Transfer, in Indian Rupees. • All refunds will be processed within 15 working days of the request receives. No refund shall be payable: • For any missed / unused services of the tour including the meals due to whatsoever reason. • Where full deposit is required to be paid in advance to the concerned authorities of SG-Trekkers to confirm the reservation. • If services of the tour are modified, varied, amended, cancelled, or not utilized. • If any guest decides and/or is required to cancel the tour due to any changes made in the rules by the concerned Government. • If the tour is indefinitely postponed / cancelled due to natural calamity, riots, political calamities or any other unforeseen calamities.

Booking Policy • Participants are assumed physically and mentally fit for the activity and choice of participation in activities organized by SG-Trekkers, is solely taken by them without any influence from others. • Participants suffering from any medical disorders, illnesses should inform to SG-Trekkers in advance before registering for the activity. • Booking for all activities will be done on a first-come-first-served basis. • A phone confirmation before making the payment is recommended to understand the facts about the activity and help participants to make decisions. • The participant needs to deposit a minimum of 50% of the activity fees amount at the time of registration. The remaining amount should be deposited 15 days prior to the departure else the booking is liable to be cancelled with no refund. Payments can be made through Bank Transfer & Mobile Banking only. • Registrations can only be confirmed after receipt of the booking amount as per the activity registration process. • SG-Trekkers reserve all rights of admission for any type of activity announced by SG-Trekkers. Also, to restrict or cancelled the admission of an individual or a group. • SG-Trekkers reserve all rights to modify/change the venue/dates/itinerary or cancel the activity if any unforeseen problem arises or if the management thinks so. SG-Trekkers will not be liable to refund booking charges in such a case. • Any incidental/additional expenses incurred during any type of activity shall be borne by the concerned participants.
