I had a really good experience with Serenade travels for my Meghalaya trip! We were able to cover all the places that were given in pur itinerary and the food and stays were also very comfortable! I would totally recommend going with them for your next trip!

We travelled with serenade travels for 4D/3N to Manali-kasol and the experience was very pleasant. The team was very helpful and always responsive to answering my questions before the trip even started. The trip captains were very professional and friendly and open to changes to the itinerary if the whole group wanted to do something different, they were very accommodating. The stays were beautiful and comfortable. Overall I would give it a 9/10 and recommend it to anyone who is doubtful and I would definitely travel with them again :)

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Our Flexible Journeys Cancellation Policy ensures you can book with confidence. Free Cancellation within 24 Hours Any booking made at least 15 days before the departure date can be cancelled free of charge within the first 24 hours after booking. Flights, trains or bus tickets booked are not eligible for full refund. Partial Refund for Early Cancellations 45 days or more before departure: 90% refund of the total trip/activity amount. 30–44 days before departure: 75% refund of the total trip/activity amount. 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund of the total trip/activity amount. 14–7 days before departure: 25% refund of the total trip/activity amount. 6–0 days before departure: 10% refund of the total trip/activity amount. Future Travel Credit Option If you cancel within 14 days of the departure date, you may opt to receive a Future Travel Credit for the total trip/activity amount with a 20% deduction. The credit is valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation and can be applied to any future booking with us. Trip Date Changes without Penalty You can change travel dates up to 15 days before departure, subject to availability, and pay the difference for changes in travel.
Refund Policy
Timeline Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7 business days from the date of the cancellation request. Actual time may vary based on the payment method and bank timelines. Method By default, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the booking. Exceptions for Non-Refundable Expenses Some expenses (e.g., hotel reservations, transportation bookings, entrance fees, permits, or third-party bookings) may be non-refundable and will be clearly outlined at the time of booking.
