Refunds are applicable under the following circumstances:
If you cancel your booking within the specified cancellation period as per the service terms.
If Megh Travels cancels your booking due to unavoidable circumstances, such as operational issues or natural disasters.
If the service provided does not match the booking details or expectations, subject to investigation.
The refund amount depends on the cancellation policy of the specific service booked:
Taxi Services: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund. Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.
Hotel Bookings: Refunds are subject to the hotel’s cancellation policy, which will be disclosed at the time of booking.
Tour Packages: Partial refunds may be provided based on the cancellation timeline and non-refundable expenses.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval.
The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.
Delays in processing may occur due to bank or payment gateway policies.
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
No-shows or failure to use the booked service.
Cancellations made outside the specified cancellation period.
Services affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather, traffic delays, or natural disasters.
