This means that Guide fees, permissions & permits as required, accommodation expenses are all paid in advance. Any cancellation will mean that some of the advances paid are non-refundable . Therefore, it is only fair to pass on the accrued costs to you. Our cancellation policy applicable for day activities or individual day tour is:- Cancelled 25 days or before: Free of charge Cancelled between 24 -15 days: 25% of tariff. Cancelled within 14-2 Days hours of tour: 50% of tariff, Cancelled within 48 hours of tour: no refunds 100% cancelation applicable for insurance, visa assistance or other consultancy services. If for some reason you wish to cancel your booking you must inform in written well in advance, an email intimation needs to be sent on info@hiamalayanadrenaline.com with a cc to ops@ghas.in.

In case of an agreed refund, If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account. The day by day itinerary as shown in the website or in any of our promotional materials are taken as a guideline only. Balance amount should be sent to us at least one month before your trip begins. If you book within a month before the trip start date, the whole amount for the trip will be required immediately. Payments can be made by bank transfer or credit card (2.5% surcharge applies for credit card payments). We accept Visa and Mastercard only. If you wish to make a cash payment, please understand that we will not be able to accept any amount greater than ₹ 20,000/- on a single invoice. If you wish to make payment by bank transfer, we will send you our bank details at the time of booking. Please note that applicable bank charges will need to be paid by you if any.
