7.1 Airfare Component Air tickets are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances. 7.2 Land/Tour Component (Excluding Airfare) Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to departure: Refund of up to 50% of the tour cost may be applicable. Cancellations made within 30 days of departure: No refund shall be provided.
Refund Policy
Refunds, where applicable, are subject to valid reasons such as: Visa rejection Medical emergencies Genuine personal emergencies All such claims must be supported by verifiable documentary proof (e.g., visa rejection letter, medical certificate). 7.4 The Company’s decision regarding eligibility and amount of refund shall be final and binding. 7.5 Processing fees, bank charges, and third-party service fees (if any) shall be deducted from the refundable amount.

1.1 These Terms & Conditions apply to all tour packages, services, bookings, and transactions made with Four Pacifics Horizonte Pvt. Ltd., unless otherwise stated in writing. 1.2 The Company acts as a tour operator and coordinator for travel-related services including transportation, accommodation, sightseeing, and activities, which may be provided by independent third-party suppliers. 1.3 The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be effective upon publication on the website. 2.1 Tour participation is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and submission of all required valid travel documents (including passport details, identification, and any other documents requested). 2.2 The entire tour cost must be paid in full no later than 30 days prior to the departure date, unless otherwise specified in writing. 2.3 Failure to complete payment or provide required documents within the stipulated time may result in automatic cancellation of the booking, with applicable cancellation charges.
