01. General Cancellation Policy Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled tour will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 3–6 days before the tour will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 3 days before the tour are non-refundable. 02. No-Show Policy If you do not show up for your booking, no refund will be provided. 03. Changes to Bookings Requests for date changes must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled event. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

"Customer” refers to users who book or inquire about services through Ceylon Travel and Health. “We,” “Us,” or “Our” refers to Ceylon Travel and Health as an intermediary facilitating booking. 03. SERVICES & RESPONSIBILITIES Ceylon Travel and Health acts as an intermediary between customers and vendors. While we facilitate bookings and payments, we do not directly provide services listed by vendors. Any agreements or disputes regarding service quality must be handled between the vendor and the customer. However, Ceylon Travel and Health may assist in dispute resolution where necessary.
