1. Tours and transfers operate on fixed schedules. Late arrivals forfeit the service with
no refund provided.
2. Guests must strictly adhere to tour timings. No additional time will be granted for
delays.
3. Itinerary order may change due to weather, operational needs, or unforeseen
circumstances.
4. Standard hotel check-in is 3:00 PM, check-out is 12:00 Noon, subject to availability.
5. Hotels may require a refundable security deposit at check-in for incidental expenses.
6. All pickups occur from the hotel lobby only. Drivers will not contact guest rooms.
7. Package prices reflect current airfare, taxes, and exchange rates, subject to revision
before full payment.
8. Only services listed under Inclusions are covered. All other expenses are the
traveler’s responsibility.
9. Meals included in the itinerary are fixed. No refunds for unused or missed meals.
10. Unused services, missed tours, or early departures are non-refundable.
11. Travel insurance is included in the package.
12. Passports must remain valid for minimum six months from the travel date.
13. Cancellations follow Canara Tales payment policy.
14. Additional costs from flight delays, cancellations, or natural events are the traveler’s
responsibility.
15. Travelers must comply with local laws, maintain decorum, and follow tour
schedules.
16. Bedding preferences (twin/double) depend on hotel availability.
17. No changes or amendments are permitted once the tour commence
• 70% of the total package amount must be paid in advance to confirm the booking.
• The advance payment is strictly non-refundable in case of cancellation for any reason.
• The remaining 30% balance amount must be paid within the time guidelines
communicated at the time of booking.
• Failure to clear the balance payment within the specified timeline may result in
cancellation of the booking without any refund of the advance amount.
• All payments made towards the package indicate acceptance of these payment and
cancellation terms.
