Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the event date are eligible for a 50% refund of the total package amount.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event date are not eligible for any refund.
Seats arrangment will be the first come first serve at the time of pickup and it will be same throughout the event
BookNTrek do not hold any rights to reserve seats for anyone.
No watersports refund if you backout at the time of ride.
Team BookNTrek will allocate rooms as per gender. If you are group of 3-5 people then with prior notice team alpine may allocate seperate room if possible
First two seats will be reserved for leaders to show route to the drivers while other seats are open for others
Carry your personal valuable things, cameras to event on own responsibility.
Team BookNTrek creates a whatsapp group of participants a day before departure.please make sure you're added to that group as it contains vital information like pickup points/things to carry etc.
Any other pickup points than agreed between BookNTrek and participants will be disregarded unless mention in the WhatsApp chat/group
BookNTrek will not provide any special leisure time at the site as we have a schedule to follow incase if anyone does so with/without informing the leader BookNTrek has the right to continue with schedule without the people
Food and stay arrangements are done as per the theme of backpacking/treks so kindly don't consider too lavish
