Cancellation by the Client Clients may cancel their bookings by submitting a written request via email. Cancellation charges will apply as per the following structure: More than 30 days before departure: Partial refund (subject to supplier policies) 15 to 30 days before departure: 50% of the total booking amount Less than 15 days before departure: No refund Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 business days and are subject to deductions for administrative and third-party fees. Cancellation by the Company We reserve the right to cancel any tour or charter due to unforeseen circumstances, including force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, political instability). In such cases, Clients may choose an alternative service or receive a full refund.

CONTRACT FORMATION A legally binding contract is established between Fly with Ananta and the Client upon confirmation of booking and receipt of payment. This Agreement safeguards booking details and ensures confidentiality. The Client confirms that they are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this contract. No employee, agent, or representative of the Company has the authority to modify or waive any provision of this Agreement unless expressly approved in writing by the Company’s authorized representative. All promotional offers, discounts, or special privileges are valid only when provided in writing by the Company. 2. BOOKING AND PAYMENT TERMS 2.1 Deposits and Confirmation To confirm a booking, an initial non-refundable deposit is required. Some aviation services may require a higher upfront payment due to operational costs. The deposit amount will be communicated to the Client at the time of booking. 2.2 Payment Deadlines The full balance must be cleared no later than seven (7) days before departure unless stated otherwise. Failure to comply with payment deadlines will result in automatic cancellation of the booking, and cancellation charges will apply. 3. LIABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITIES 3.1 Travel Risks Clients acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, illness, and loss of personal belongings. The Company is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during the trip. 3.2 Third-Party Services We engage third-party service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, transport operators). The Company is not liable for the actions, omissions, or negligence of these providers. Any disputes must be settled directly with the provider.
